Reasonable introduction to oversea teaching resource can push on our Open University construction. On the basis of instruction, development cooperation with Taiwan can promote the resources specific, scientific and suitable. Through the practice of nearly four years, the Livelihood School of Tianjin Open University introduced the teaching resources of life science from Taiwan province of our country, which provides some profitable enlightenment for us.
