通过回顾《金匮要略》虫类药运用概况，探讨虫类药的功效、种类及在痹证治疗中的特殊优势，附验案两则说明虫类药治疗痹证临床效果，并结合临床实践谈虫类药运用注意事项，以期对临床有所裨益。

통과회고《금궤요략》충류약운용개황，탐토충류약적공효、충류급재비증치료중적특수우세，부험안량칙설명충류약치료비증림상효과，병결합림상실천담충류약운용주의사항，이기대림상유소비익。
This paper reviews the clinic application of insect herbs in “Jin Gui Yao Lue”. To explore the efficacy and species of the insect herbs,and to disscuss the special advantages of the insect herbs in the treatment of rheumatism. Two clinical cases reveal the clinical efficacy of the insect herbs to treat rheumatism. With the clinical practice to discuss the matters need attention when use of insect herbs. Expect to be benificial to the clinical practice.
