Education reforms and innovations reflect the development of times. The construction of Quality Courses which have been very popular in the recent ten years is now being replaced by the construction of Quality Resources Sharing courses, based on National Quality Courses. At present college teachers from across China are engaged in applying for or constructing Quality Resources Sharing Courses. This is to explore the significance and the key points of the construction of Quality Resources Sharing Courses, in comparison with the construction of Quality Courses.
