目的：对涂阳肺结核密切接触者进行筛查与随访，并且分析相关因素以及检出概率。方法：选取2012年6月-2013年6月在肺结核门诊登记的421例涂阳肺结核患者，并对其密切接触者进行分析。结果：在涂阳肺结核密切接触者中，子女检出的概率为0.25%，父母检出的概率为2.34%，配偶检出的概率为5.45%。父母、配偶的检出概率与子女检出概率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；不同年龄组、不同文化程度的密切接触者中，检出涂阳患者的概率比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；是否与涂阳肺结核患者在一个房间居住，检出涂阳患者概率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对涂阳肺结核患者的家庭密切接触者进行检查，是掌握肺结核感染与发病的最早时点，对密切接触者定期随访检查能发现相当多的患者，其检出率也高，从而达到发现患者控制结核病传播的目的。

목적：대도양폐결핵밀절접촉자진행사사여수방，병차분석상관인소이급검출개솔。방법：선취2012년6월-2013년6월재폐결핵문진등기적421례도양폐결핵환자，병대기밀절접촉자진행분석。결과：재도양폐결핵밀절접촉자중，자녀검출적개솔위0.25%，부모검출적개솔위2.34%，배우검출적개솔위5.45%。부모、배우적검출개솔여자녀검출개솔비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；불동년령조、불동문화정도적밀절접촉자중，검출도양환자적개솔비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；시부여도양폐결핵환자재일개방간거주，검출도양환자개솔비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：대도양폐결핵환자적가정밀절접촉자진행검사，시장악폐결핵감염여발병적최조시점，대밀절접촉자정기수방검사능발현상당다적환자，기검출솔야고，종이체도발현환자공제결핵병전파적목적。
Objective:To conduct the close contacts of smear positive tuberculosis screening and follow-up analysis,and then analyze the correlated factors and detection probabilities. Method:421 cases of tuberculosis in registered in the outpatient of our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and the close contacts were analyzed. Result:In the close contacts of smear positive tuberculosis,the children detection rate was 0.25%,the parents detection rate was 2.34%,the spouse detection rate was 5.45%. Compared the parents and spouse detection rate with the children detection rate,and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05);the close contacts in different age groups,different culture degree,the detection probability of smear-positive patients were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);whether patients with smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in a living room,the detection probability of smear-positive patients were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the investigation of close contacts of smear positive tuberculosis,we can find that the method effectively controlling the tuberculosis is to identify patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
