选择14日龄雏鸡110只,随机均分为11组,Ⅰ组为对照组,Ⅱ~Ⅺ为试验组,各组雏鸡在14日龄时均颈部皮下注射鸡ND-La Sota疫苗0.2ml/只,试验组雏鸡同时经口投服由不同配方和比例黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖、左旋咪唑、维生素E和亚硒酸钠制备的10种缓释复方免疫增强剂1粒,对照组雏鸡不投服。在免疫前后不同时间采血测定各组雏鸡ND-HI抗体效价和T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率,结果表明制备的10种缓释复方免疫增强剂均不同程度地提高了雏鸡ND-HI抗体效价和T淋巴细胞ANAE阳性率,其中以Ⅹ组和Ⅺ组配方效果最好,为今后研制缓释复方免疫增强剂奠定了基础。

선택14일령추계110지,수궤균분위11조,Ⅰ조위대조조,Ⅱ~Ⅺ위시험조,각조추계재14일령시균경부피하주사계ND-La Sota역묘0.2ml/지,시험조추계동시경구투복유불동배방화비례황기다당、음양곽다당、좌선미서、유생소E화아서산납제비적10충완석복방면역증강제1립,대조조추계불투복。재면역전후불동시간채혈측정각조추계ND-HI항체효개화T림파세포ANAE양성솔,결과표명제비적10충완석복방면역증강제균불동정도지제고료추계ND-HI항체효개화T림파세포ANAE양성솔,기중이Ⅹ조화Ⅺ조배방효과최호,위금후연제완석복방면역증강제전정료기출。
One hundred and ten 14-day-age chicken were randomly average assighed into test group and control group,each group distinctively hypodermic injection with ND-Lasota vaccine 0.2ml/only,at the same time test group were given one slow-releasing immunopotentiator which made of different compound and preparation Astragalus polysaccharides (APS)、Epimedium polysaccharides (EPS)、Levgmisole、Vitamin (VE)and sodium selenium ,when one control group weren,t given.Befor immunized and after immunized diffent times ,to drawing blood and examined.The results showed ten slow-releasing immunopotentiator can releasing the antibody titer of ND-Lasota and the formation efficiency of ERFC ,Ⅹ and Ⅺ group is the best , it is prepared for future to made slow-releasing immunopotentiator.
