目的：测定蛋白激酶A催化亚单位β（PRKACB）基因及蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况，研究其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR及免疫组织化学法测定58例非小细胞肺癌及部分对应的癌旁组织内PRKACB的mRNA和蛋白水平的表达情况，结合临床资料进行多因素分析。结果与癌旁组织相比，PRKACB在肺癌组织内mRNA和蛋白水平均呈现低表达，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并且PRKACB与肺癌的TNM分期有相关性。结论 PRKACB在非小细胞肺癌内呈现低表达，并与临床分期相关，可能成为非小细胞肺癌临床诊断的一个重要指标。
목적：측정단백격매A최화아단위β（PRKACB）기인급단백재비소세포폐암중적표체정황，연구기림상의의。방법응용RT-PCR급면역조직화학법측정58례비소세포폐암급부분대응적암방조직내PRKACB적mRNA화단백수평적표체정황，결합림상자료진행다인소분석。결과여암방조직상비，PRKACB재폐암조직내mRNA화단백수평균정현저표체，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；병차PRKACB여폐암적TNM분기유상관성。결론 PRKACB재비소세포폐암내정현저표체，병여림상분기상관，가능성위비소세포폐암림상진단적일개중요지표。
Objective To investigate the expression of PRKACB gene/protein kinase A catalytic subunitβprotein in non-small cell lung cancer, and study its clinical significance. Methods The PRKACB mRNA and protein were detected using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry in lung cancer and corresponding adjacent tissues from 58 non-small cell lung cancer patients. Results Compared with normal tissues,the mRNA and pro-tein of PRKACB were decreased in lung cancers,which were also associated with TNM staging(P<0.05). Conclusion Low expression of PRKACB was showed in non-small cell lung cancer,and associated with clinical TNM stage. Our results indicated PRKACB expression could be used as an important index in clinical diagnosis in non-small cell lung cancer.
