目的:观察白内障合并角膜散光患者植入Acrysof Toric人工晶状体( IOL)后角膜散光矫正的效果及Toric IOL的眼内稳定性。<br> 方法:选择2010-04/2012-04在我院接受白内障超声乳化及Acrysof Toric IOL 植入,并完成12 mo随访的患者20例23眼。观察术前、术后裸眼视力( uncorrected visual acuity,UCVA),术前角膜散光,术后残余散光及IOL旋转度、偏中心、倾斜情况。<br> 结果:术后随访12mo,UCVA≥0.6者23眼(100%), UCVA≥0.8者17眼(74%);术前角膜散光平均为(2.31±0.70)D,术后残余散光为(0.43±0.28)D,两者差异有统计学意义( P=0.00)。17眼(74%) IOL旋转偏离预定轴位,平均旋转度数为4.98°±0.25°,其中2眼旋转>10°,最大旋转为12.9°;11眼(48%) IOL 出现偏中心,7眼(30%)偏中心<0.5mm,0.5mm≤3眼(13%)≤1mm,1眼(4%)偏离1.1mm;20眼(87%) IOL无倾斜,3眼(13%)出现倾斜,倾斜度数均少于5°。<br> 结论:Acrysof Toric IOL植入矫正散光疗效可靠,术后表现出良好的旋转及居中稳定性,远期患者依然获得满意的视觉质量,是矫正白内障合并角膜散光的可靠手术方式。

목적:관찰백내장합병각막산광환자식입Acrysof Toric인공정상체( IOL)후각막산광교정적효과급Toric IOL적안내은정성。<br> 방법:선택2010-04/2012-04재아원접수백내장초성유화급Acrysof Toric IOL 식입,병완성12 mo수방적환자20례23안。관찰술전、술후라안시력( uncorrected visual acuity,UCVA),술전각막산광,술후잔여산광급IOL선전도、편중심、경사정황。<br> 결과:술후수방12mo,UCVA≥0.6자23안(100%), UCVA≥0.8자17안(74%);술전각막산광평균위(2.31±0.70)D,술후잔여산광위(0.43±0.28)D,량자차이유통계학의의( P=0.00)。17안(74%) IOL선전편리예정축위,평균선전도수위4.98°±0.25°,기중2안선전>10°,최대선전위12.9°;11안(48%) IOL 출현편중심,7안(30%)편중심<0.5mm,0.5mm≤3안(13%)≤1mm,1안(4%)편리1.1mm;20안(87%) IOL무경사,3안(13%)출현경사,경사도수균소우5°。<br> 결론:Acrysof Toric IOL식입교정산광료효가고,술후표현출량호적선전급거중은정성,원기환자의연획득만의적시각질량,시교정백내장합병각막산광적가고수술방식。
AIM:To observe the visual quality and capsular stability after implantation ofAcrysof Toric intraocular lens ( IOL ) in cataract patients with corneal astigmatism. <br> METHODS: Totally 20 patients 23 eyes were implanted with the Acrysof Toric IOL between April 2010 and April 2012.All the patients were followed up for 12 months.The pre and post -operative uncorrected visual acuity ( UCVA ) , preoperative corneal astigmatism, postoperative residual astigmatism, IOL axis, IOL decentration, IOL tilt and the capsule were detected and measured. <br> RESULTS:After 12 months, UCVA was≥0.6 in 23 eyes (100%);≥0.8 in 17 eyes (74%).The mean preoperative corneal astigmatism was ( 2.31 ±0.70 ) D and the postoperative refractive cylinder was ( 0.43 ±0.28 ) D, which was statistically significance (P=0.00).The mean rotation of Toric IOL in 17 eyes (74%) was (4.98±0.25)°, of which 2 cases'rotation was >10°, the maximum was 12.9°.IOL decentration was in 11 eyes (48%) in which 7 eyes (30%) <0.5mm, 0.5mm≤3 eyes (13%) ≤1mm, 1 eye (4%)=1.1mm.20 eyes (87%) was not tilted while 3 eyes (13%) was tilted an less than 5°. <br> CONCLUSION: Implantation of theAcrysof Toric IOL proves to be an effective, safe, and stable method of managing corneal astigmatism in cataract patients and provides patients with good visual quality.The Acrysof Toric IOL demonstrates excellent rotation and centration stability.
