采用有限元热弹塑性分析方法对焊接速度与铝合金多道焊焊接残余应力间的影响关系进行模拟。以高速列车中间车铝合金车体K-K端16V(对接6道焊)多道焊为对象,按实际加工工艺,基于有限元软件 Sysweld,采用焊接热循环曲线方法对焊接残余应力进行数值仿真分析,然后通过 X 射线法对焊缝进行残余应力测试,结果表明,数值仿真结果与实验结果相符。参照原始工艺方案,将各道焊焊接速度上下浮动2 mm/s,获得另外2个焊接加工方案。分别对3个方案进行数值计算,并分析比较其残余应力。结果表明:多道焊焊接速度越大,纵向残余应力越大,横向残余应力越小;焊接速度的改变对纵向残余应力的影响显著大于对横向残余应力的影响。

The effect of the welding speed on the residual stress of aluminium alloy multi-pass welding was sim-ulated with the thermal elastic-plastic finite element analysis method.Taking the 16V (6 pass butt weld) multi-pass welds of End K-K of middle aluminum-alloy car of the high-speed railway train as the research ob-j ect,the thermal cycling curve method was used to conduct the numerical simulation of residual stresses by fol-lowing the actual welding process and using the finite element Software Sysweld.Then the residual stresses of welds were measured with the X-ray method.The FEM results conformed to the experimental results.With reference to the original welding process,another two welding processing schemes were obtained by floating the welding speed of each weld pass 2 mm/s up and down.The three schemes were computed respectively and their results were compared.The results show as follows:the higher the speed of multi-pass welding,the large the longitudinal residual stress and the smaller the horizontal residual stress;changing of the welding speed has more great impact on the longitudinal residual stress than on the horizontal residual stress.
