智力和智力测验的作用是毋庸置疑的，但在现实生活中却对其却存在着或多或少的认识误区和不良导向。本文在介绍智力的内涵后，分析了作为智力测量理论依据智力结构理论的不足之处，指出应慎重对待智力测量的成绩，同时应重视非智力因素对智力培养的重要意义。

The role of intelligence and intelligence measure-ment is evident, but there is more or less misunderstanding and poor orientation on them in real life. After presenting the meaning of intelligence, this paper analyzed the defects of in-telligence structure theories as the foundation of intelligence measurement, then pointed out that we must use the results of intelligence measurement with caution and pay attention to the importance of non-intellectual factors for intelligence cultiva-tion.
