目的:通过对两家团体客户肿瘤标志物的两年随访检测,找出高危人群,分析其增高的原因,进一步检查以期筛出肿瘤患者。方法:连续两年同时检测血清中12种常见肿瘤标志物的浓度,并一对一比较分析异常者。结果:某小学一位男性CEA增高,两年浓度无明显变化,一位女性第二年CA125轻度增高;某单位8位男性分别有f-PSA、PSA、CEA、CA19-9等异常,6位女性分别有CA125、AFP、β-HCG等异常。结论:异常者原因多为生理及良性病变,一位男性PSA明显增高,需除外前列腺肿瘤;一位女性CA125明显增高,需除外卵巢肿瘤,随访肿瘤标志物具有一定的临床意义。

목적:통과대량가단체객호종류표지물적량년수방검측,조출고위인군,분석기증고적원인,진일보검사이기사출종류환자。방법:련속량년동시검측혈청중12충상견종류표지물적농도,병일대일비교분석이상자。결과:모소학일위남성CEA증고,량년농도무명현변화,일위녀성제이년CA125경도증고;모단위8위남성분별유f-PSA、PSA、CEA、CA19-9등이상,6위녀성분별유CA125、AFP、β-HCG등이상。결론:이상자원인다위생리급량성병변,일위남성PSA명현증고,수제외전렬선종류;일위녀성CA125명현증고,수제외란소종류,수방종류표지물구유일정적림상의의。
Objective:serum concentrations of tumor markers of the two group customers were analysed for two years ,identify the high risk population, to analyses the reason of the increased serum concentrations of tumor markers,even to screen out patients with tumor.Methods:two consecutive years detecting the serum concentrations of 12 common tumor markers, and one-to-one comparison analysis persons who increased serum concentrations of tumor markers.Results:a man increased CEA in a primary school with no obvious change in the second year, a women lightly increased CA125 in the second year;in other factory,eight men with increased f-PSA, PSA, CEA and CA19-9 respectively, six women with increased CA125,AFP, beta HCG respectively.Conclusion:the reasons of abnormal tumor markers were mostly due to physiological and benign lesions, the man with PSA obvious increased who prostate cancer was suspected;the woman with CA125 significantly increased who ovarian tumors was suspected, fol ow-up serum concentrations of tumor markers has clinical significance.
