In the transformation process of higher education from elite education to popular education, higher education quality evaluation has aroused widespread concern. In this pa-per, with South China University of Technology for example, a sample survey is carried out on the whole undergraduates, in order to understand the undergraduate teaching quality in South China University of Technology, and recommendations are made based on the findings.
