现行研究生招生体制已经运行三十多年并显现出诸多弊端。本文提出的基于第三方考试的改革方案，旨在消除这些弊端。该方案拟用一个类似于GRE的第三方考试系统取代目前的全国研究生入学考试，并对录取过程作小幅修改。本文还对该方案与美国方案作了比较，并讨论了一些相关问题。

The current Chinese graduate admission system has been in place for three decades, and it has exhibited many weaknesses. This paper proposes a reform plan based on third-party examinations, which is aimed to avoid the above weak-nesses. It is to replace the current national graduate admission examination with a third-party examinations system similar to GRE, and to moderately modify the current matriculation sys-tem. Our plan is compared with the US plan. Some relevant is-sues are discussed.
