目的：探讨超声诊断先天性胆管囊状扩张症的价值。方法回顾性分析50例先天性胆管囊状扩张症患者的临床资料，分析超声检查对其的诊断价值。结果50例先天性胆管囊状扩张症患者超声正确诊断48例，诊断符合率96．0％，误诊2例，1例Ⅰ型患者误诊为胰腺囊肿，1例Ⅴ型患者误诊为多发肝囊肿。44％患者合并结石，2％患者合并癌变，30％患者合并胆囊炎、胆囊结石。结论超声诊断先天性胆管囊状扩张症具有较高的诊断准确率，在诊断过程中为避免误诊、漏诊应注意鉴别诊断。
目的：探討超聲診斷先天性膽管囊狀擴張癥的價值。方法迴顧性分析50例先天性膽管囊狀擴張癥患者的臨床資料，分析超聲檢查對其的診斷價值。結果50例先天性膽管囊狀擴張癥患者超聲正確診斷48例，診斷符閤率96．0％，誤診2例，1例Ⅰ型患者誤診為胰腺囊腫，1例Ⅴ型患者誤診為多髮肝囊腫。44％患者閤併結石，2％患者閤併癌變，30％患者閤併膽囊炎、膽囊結石。結論超聲診斷先天性膽管囊狀擴張癥具有較高的診斷準確率，在診斷過程中為避免誤診、漏診應註意鑒彆診斷。
목적：탐토초성진단선천성담관낭상확장증적개치。방법회고성분석50례선천성담관낭상확장증환자적림상자료，분석초성검사대기적진단개치。결과50례선천성담관낭상확장증환자초성정학진단48례，진단부합솔96．0％，오진2례，1례Ⅰ형환자오진위이선낭종，1례Ⅴ형환자오진위다발간낭종。44％환자합병결석，2％환자합병암변，30％환자합병담낭염、담낭결석。결론초성진단선천성담관낭상확장증구유교고적진단준학솔，재진단과정중위피면오진、루진응주의감별진단。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital cystic dilatation of the bile duct .Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with congenital cystic dilatation of bile duct were retrospec-tively analyzed to summarize the diagnostic value of ultrasound .Results Among 50 cases ,48 cases were diagnosed correctly with ultrasound ,the diagnostic accordance rate was 96 .0% ;2 cases were misdiagnosed ,1 case of type Ⅰwas misdiagnosed as pancreatic cysts ,and the another case of type Ⅴ was misdiagnosed as multiple hepatic cysts . 44% of the patients were complicated with bile duct stones ,2% with cancer ,30% with cholecystitis or gallbladder stones .Conclusion Ultrasound has the high accuracy rate in the diagnosis of congenital cystic dilatation of the bile duct ,but the differential diagnosis should be noticed to reduce the misdiagnosis rate and the missed diagnosis rate during the diagnostic process .
