以蒙古栎侧芽为外植体对其进行组织培养技术研究,结果表明:在MS+6-BA0.2 mg· L-1+NAA0.01 mg· L-1+蔗糖30 g· L-1的培养基上,外植体分化启动最早;在MS+6-BA0.2 mg· L-1+NAA0.02 mg· L-1+蔗糖30 g· L-1培养基上,芽分化与增殖系数最高,为68.5%,单芽平均高2.87 cm,增殖倍数2.5,芽的高度适中、健壮;在1/2MS+NAA0.05 mg· L-1+蔗糖25 g· L-1培养基上,继代苗生根率最高,生根率达60%。

Lateral buds of Quercus mongolica were taken as explants to study on tissue culture technique .The result showed that the earliest explant differentiation was on the culture medium with MS +6-BA0.2 mg· L-1 +NAA0.01 mg· L-1 +saccharose 30 g· L-1 .The highest budinitiation and growth coefficient was 68.5%on the culture medium with MS +6-BA0.2 mg· L-1 +NAA0.02 mg· L-1 +saccharose 30 g· L-1 , mean height of simple bud was 2.87 cm, proliferation rate was 2.5, the height of the bud is moderate , and the bud was robust .The highest rooting percentage of transgeneration-al seedlings was 60%on the culture medium with 1/2MS+NAA0.05 mg· L-1 +saccharose25 g· L-1 .
