目的研究点式剥脱术在大隐静脉曲张疾病治疗中的应用及其临床疗效。方法将2010年9月~2012年8月我院收治的100例大隐静脉曲张患者随机分为两组，对照组采用传统的高位结扎及剥脱术组，实验组采用点式剥脱术组。比较两组在手术出血量、手术时间、术后并发症及复发率方面的差异。结果传统的高位结扎及剥脱术和点式剥脱术治疗大隐静脉曲张均安全有效，术后1年内随访均无复发，但实验组患者的术中失血量、手术时间及术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论点式抽剥术与传统高位结扎及剥脱术相比具有创伤小、并发症少、愈合美观、操作简单等优点。
목적연구점식박탈술재대은정맥곡장질병치료중적응용급기림상료효。방법장2010년9월~2012년8월아원수치적100례대은정맥곡장환자수궤분위량조，대조조채용전통적고위결찰급박탈술조，실험조채용점식박탈술조。비교량조재수술출혈량、수술시간、술후병발증급복발솔방면적차이。결과전통적고위결찰급박탈술화점식박탈술치료대은정맥곡장균안전유효，술후1년내수방균무복발，단실험조환자적술중실혈량、수술시간급술후병발증발생솔균명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론점식추박술여전통고위결찰급박탈술상비구유창상소、병발증소、유합미관、조작간단등우점。
Objective To study the application and clinical ef ects of point-endarterectomy in great saphenous varicose. Methods One hundred patients with great saphenous varicose in our hospital from September 2010 to August 2012 were were randomly divided into control group (traditional high ligation and stripping group) and experimental group (point-endartectomy group). The volume of bleeding, duration of surgery, complications and recurrence rate were compared. Results Both of the two groups were safe and ef ective, and had no recurrence. But shorter time of surgery, less volume of bleeding and post-operative complications were found in experimental group compared to those in control group, there were significant differences ( <0.05). Conclusion Point-endarterectomy is less trumatic, beautiful y healing and easy to operate.
