Starting from the most basic concept of pixels in the graphic design field, the differences appearing in dif-ferent devices and applications are discussed, the related issues are put forward and answered. Some confusing con-ceptions such as image resolutions, the equipment resolution are mainly discussed. The nature of the source pixels is clarified to lay a good foundation for professionals of printing graphic, graphic design.
