对11份辣椒品种（系）的生物学性状、商品性状和品质性状进行测定分析，并对辣椒果实的单果重、果长、果肉厚和果形指数4个果实形态性状与6个品质性状的相关性进行分析。结果表明：不同品种间的品质性状差异显著，同时淘汰70＃、30＃和12＃品种；干物质、可溶性蛋白、维生素C和辣椒素与果实形态性状呈负相关，而可溶性糖、辣椒红色素与果实形态性状呈正相关。
대11빈랄초품충（계）적생물학성상、상품성상화품질성상진행측정분석，병대랄초과실적단과중、과장、과육후화과형지수4개과실형태성상여6개품질성상적상관성진행분석。결과표명：불동품충간적품질성상차이현저，동시도태70＃、30＃화12＃품충；간물질、가용성단백、유생소C화랄초소여과실형태성상정부상관，이가용성당、랄초홍색소여과실형태성상정정상관。
The biological , commodity and quality characters of 11 hot pepper germplasm resources were determined and analyzed in this paper .The correlation of four fruit morphological characters , single fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width and fruit shape index , with six quality characters were analyzed , too.The re-sults showed that there were significant differences in quality characters between different varieties , and the va-rieties, 70#, 30#and 12#were eliminated.There was negative correlation between fruit morphological charac-ters and dry matter , soluble protein , VC and capsaicin contents .But the content of soluble sugar and capsicum red pigment was positively correlated with the fruit morphological characters .
