以羊栖菜为原料,在单因素试验的基础上,采用四因素三水平正交试验设计,优选微波辅助提取羊栖菜多酚的最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数80%,微波功率600 W,浸提温度70℃,料液比1∶10 g· mL-1,浸提时间4 min,此条件下羊栖菜多酚得率可达2.33%。

The microwave-assisted methods were used to extract polyphenol from Sargassum fusiforme.The extraction conditions were established in the single factor and orthogonal design .The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:alcohol density of 80%( V/V) ,microwave power of 600 W,temperature of 70℃,ratio of material to solvent of 1∶10 g· mL-1 ,and extraction time of 4 min,and the yield of polyphenol could reach 2.33%.
