Nicotiana benthamiana%cadmium stress%physiological indexes
为探明镉胁迫对烟草生理特性的影响,选用本生烟草( Nicotiana benthamiana)为材料,采用盆栽试验,挑选了生长4周健壮的烟草苗进行不同浓度镉胁迫处理(0,50,250和500μg· L-1),并于处理后一周分别取样并进行相关生理指标(叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性)的测定。结果表明:随着镉浓度的增加,本生烟草叶片叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性呈下降趋势,过氧化物酶活性呈先升后降趋势,丙二醛含量呈上升趋势。试验数据表明低浓度的镉胁迫下烟草会出现自我保护现象,但浓度超过250μg· L-1的镉胁迫一周会明显抑制烟草叶绿素合成及氧化酶系活性,进而对烟草细胞产生伤害。
為探明鎘脅迫對煙草生理特性的影響,選用本生煙草( Nicotiana benthamiana)為材料,採用盆栽試驗,挑選瞭生長4週健壯的煙草苗進行不同濃度鎘脅迫處理(0,50,250和500μg· L-1),併于處理後一週分彆取樣併進行相關生理指標(葉綠素含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶、過氧化物酶和過氧化氫酶活性)的測定。結果錶明:隨著鎘濃度的增加,本生煙草葉片葉綠素含量、超氧化物歧化酶和過氧化氫酶活性呈下降趨勢,過氧化物酶活性呈先升後降趨勢,丙二醛含量呈上升趨勢。試驗數據錶明低濃度的鎘脅迫下煙草會齣現自我保護現象,但濃度超過250μg· L-1的鎘脅迫一週會明顯抑製煙草葉綠素閤成及氧化酶繫活性,進而對煙草細胞產生傷害。
위탐명력협박대연초생리특성적영향,선용본생연초( Nicotiana benthamiana)위재료,채용분재시험,도선료생장4주건장적연초묘진행불동농도력협박처리(0,50,250화500μg· L-1),병우처리후일주분별취양병진행상관생리지표(협록소함량、병이철함량、초양화물기화매、과양화물매화과양화경매활성)적측정。결과표명:수착력농도적증가,본생연초협편협록소함량、초양화물기화매화과양화경매활성정하강추세,과양화물매활성정선승후강추세,병이철함량정상승추세。시험수거표명저농도적력협박하연초회출현자아보호현상,단농도초과250μg· L-1적력협박일주회명현억제연초협록소합성급양화매계활성,진이대연초세포산생상해。
In order to elucidate the influence of cadmium on the related physiological indexes in tobacco , 4-week-old tobacco Nicotiana benthamiana were treated with the cadmium concentration of 0, 50, 250 and 500 μg· L-1 respec-tively.The changes in the contents of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde (MDA), the activities of superoxide dis-mutase ( SOD) , peroxidase ( POD) and catalase ( CAT) were determined after treatment for one week .The results showed that the content of chlorophyll , the activities of SOD and CAT were decreased , the activity of POD were first-ly increased and then decreased , and the content of MDA was increased .These data suggested that exposure to lower concentration of cadmium led to self-protection in tobacco cells , but plant cells failed to response to Cd stress with the concentration elevated to 250 μg· L-1 , which was harmful to tobacco cells .
