采用不同LED光源照射植株,研究不同光质、不同补光时间对设施越冬辣椒光合参数及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:不同LED光源、不同补光时间对辣椒叶片的光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO2浓度以及叶绿素荧光参数Fv′/Fm′,qN,ΦPSⅡ,ETR,qP均有显著的影响。采用较短补光时间(6 h和8 h),RB光和B光均能显著提高辣椒叶片的光合速率、胞间CO2浓度和ΦPSⅡ,ETR,而且补光6 h的效果好于8 h;采用较长补光时间(10 h)时,RB光能显著提高Fv′/Fm′,而W光及RB73光却耗掉更多的热能。 RB83处理6h和8h能显著提高辣椒的光合作用,可作为设施辣椒越冬生产的补光光源。

채용불동LED광원조사식주,연구불동광질、불동보광시간대설시월동랄초광합삼수급협록소형광삼수적영향。결과표명:불동LED광원、불동보광시간대랄초협편적광합속솔、기공도도、증등속솔、포간CO2농도이급협록소형광삼수Fv′/Fm′,qN,ΦPSⅡ,ETR,qP균유현저적영향。채용교단보광시간(6 h화8 h),RB광화B광균능현저제고랄초협편적광합속솔、포간CO2농도화ΦPSⅡ,ETR,이차보광6 h적효과호우8 h;채용교장보광시간(10 h)시,RB광능현저제고Fv′/Fm′,이W광급RB73광각모도경다적열능。 RB83처리6h화8h능현저제고랄초적광합작용,가작위설시랄초월동생산적보광광원。
The effect of differernt LED light quality treatment on photosynthesis and chlorophyll fluorescence parame -ters of overwintering pepper in greenhouse was studied .The results showed that the photosynthesis rate , stomatal con-ductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and Fv′/Fm′, qN,ΦPSI , ETR, qP had significant im-pact under differernt LED light quality and differernt supplemental time on pepper leaves .Treated with short time (6 hours and 8 hours), the photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration,ΦPSI and ETR of pepper were signifi-cantly improved under RB light and B light , and supplementary lighting for 6 hours was better than 8 hours.Treated with long time (10 hours), Fv′/Fm'was significantly improved under RB light , but more heat was disspated under W light and RB73 light.Treatment under RB83 light for 6 h and 8 h can significantly improve the photosynthesis of pep-per, therefore the two treatments can be used as supplemental light in greenhouse production of overwintering pepper .
