国家电网公司在深入推进“三集五大”体系建设过程中，企业的组织机构和管理模式都发生了很大的变化，新的企业环境对电力企业班组长的培训工作提出了新的要求。通过对安徽省供电企业新提任班组长岗位知识需求调研分析，结合供电企业班组长能力素质模型，有针对性地对新任班组长培训内容与方法进行创新改造，以期取得良好的培训效果。
