电网企业技改工程因项目多、主管部门多、资金滚动支付等特点，管理上一直是薄弱环节。蚌埠供电公司通过整合SAP系统五大模块中现有资源，研发了技改项目信息化过程管控系统，并制定相关配套制度、办法，使得技改工程在项目库、概预算管理、过程跟踪、工程转资、标准成本、投资分析等方面的管理日趋完善，财务、业务、系统高度协同，为财务集约化的深化应用奠定坚实基础。
