首先通过电镜扫描等试验手段对尾矿砂的微观结构和物理力学性质进行了研究,表明尾矿砂具有不易压实、稳定性差的问题,不能直接用于高路堤填筑,因此提出粘土包边尾矿砂路基方案。借助有限元分析手段对粘土包边尾矿砂路基的稳定性进行了分析,分析结果表明粘土包边尾矿砂路基稳定性可以满足规范要求。随着尾矿砂内摩擦角的增大或包边土粘聚力的增大,边坡的稳定安全系数逐渐增大。研究成果对于尾矿砂路用性能研究和特殊填料路基设计具有一定的参考意义。

The physical and mechanical properties of mine tailings are tested,and it is indicated that the compaction effect and stability of mine tailings are unsatisfied.The mine tailings cannot use to fill the high embankment,so it is proposed that the mine tailings are enveloped by the clay to fill the high embankment.The stability of mine tailing subgrade which is enveloped by clay,is analyzed by Finite El-ement Analysis(FEM).The analysis results demonstrate that the stability of mine tailing subgrade which is enveloped by clay is satisfied to the design code.The stability safety factor will increase along with the growth of mine tailings’internal friction angle and clay’s cohesion.The results have some reference val-ue for studies of the road performance of mine tailings and special filler subgrade design.
