在人工土培条件下,研究了Cr6+不同胁迫强度(0,300 mg· kg-1,600 mg· kg-1,900 mg· kg -1,1200 mg· kg-1,1500 mg· kg-1)和胁迫时间(萌发期,30天和90天)条件下,对狼尾草的种子萌发状况、植株生长指标及部分生理指标变化的影响。结果表明, Cr6+浓度在≤600 mg· kg-1时对狼尾草种子萌发无明显影响,达到900 mg· kg -1以上水平时,种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数随Cr6+浓度升高而显著降低; Cr6+胁迫30天时,随着Cr6+浓度的提高,狼尾草幼苗根冠比和生物量均表现出逐渐下降的趋势,且下降幅度随浓度的升高而增大,幼苗根系活力、 CAT活性随浓度升高而降低, MDA含量、 POD活性随浓度升高而显著增加;90天后, Cr6+浓度1500 mg· kg-1处理水平的种苗被毒害致死,其余各形态指标、生理指标及抗氧化酶活性均趋于一致。

Using pot culture method , the effect of Cr 6+on seed germination , plant growth and physiology of Pennise-tum alopecuroides was studied.The tested concentrations of Cr 6+were 300 mg· kg-1 , 600 mg· kg-1 , 900 mg· kg-1 , 1 200 mg· kg -1 and 1 500 mg· kg -1 respectively, and the tested treating time were 30 days and 90 days respec-tively .The results indicated that there was no significant effects on seed germination under the concentrations lower than 600 mg· kg -1 .From the concentration of 900 mg· kg -1 , the seed germination rate , germination potential and germination index significantly decreased with the increase of Cr 6+concentration.As far as treating time was concerned, under the treating time of 30 days, as the increase of Cr6+concentration, the root-shoot ratio and bio-mass showed the tendency of decrease , the root vigor and the activity of CAT decreased with the increase of Cr 6+concentration .The content of MDA and the activity of POD significantly increased with the increase of Cr 6+con-centration.After 90 days, all the morphological indexes , physiological indexes and antioxidase activity were clos-ing in on a consensus except seedlings were poisoned to death at concentration of 1 500 mg· kg-1 .
