在国内外关于隧道工程施工风险和工程质量风险的研究基础上,立足业主角度,从防范公路隧道工程质量风险的角度出发,详细剖析了影响公路隧道工程质量风险的风险因素,对公路隧道工程质量风险指标进行了确定,并建立了施工单位信用评价、总投资进度计划等16项目指标的公路隧道工程质量风险评价指标体系。利用灰色综合评价方法构建了公路隧道工程质量风险评价模型,将模型运用到 HT 高速公路隧道工程质量风险评价实践中,。最后根据 HT 高速公路隧道工程质量风险评价结果分析。

Based on the study on tunnel construction risk and project quality risk from home and abroad,on the owner’s side,we start from the point of view to prevent highway mountain tunnel project quality risk and have a detailed analysis of the quality of risk of a highway tunnel formation mechanism. In risk perception based on the theory,conducting a primary and screening the indicators of risk in the highway tunnel quality,and establishing varioustypesof indicators of timeliness,reasonable,quality plan-ning framework,contracting methods and procurement model 28 approved projects of highway tunnel pro-ject quality risk index system.Gray comprehensive evaluation method to be built a highway mountain tun-nel project quality risk assessment model after calculate the weights of the indicators at all levels by ana-lytic hierarchy process,the model was applied to the practice of the HT highway tunnel project quality risk assessment,validatingthemodel’sscientificandrationality.Finally,according to the results of the HT high-way tunnel project quality risk assessment.
