The new submarine releaser sea was designed using deep iso-static pressing technology .The contact deformation between ball and contacted set was analyzed by FEMAP to research their reliability .The methods of determining the release mechanism parameters were found .The motion characteristics of the release mechanism were gotten by simulation .
