以高抗氧化活性酵母菌Y3、Y5作为实验材料,探究该两株酵母对D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠抗衰老的影响。通过小鼠颈背部皮下注射D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,用酵母Y3、Y5分别灌服小鼠,6周后检测小鼠脏器指数、抗氧化酶活性、MDA的含量以及血清中MAO活性和TC含量的变化。结果显示(均为与模型组相比):Y3和Y5菌体组能显著提高体质量增量( P<0.05);Y3菌体组对脑、脾及Y5菌体组对胸腺等脏器萎缩有一定的缓解作用(P<0.05);Y3和Y5菌体组对重要脏器T-AOC活力有明显的提高(P<0.05),对心、肝的GSH-PX活力也有明显的提高( P<0.05),同时Y3菌体组使脑组织、Y5菌体组使心组织POD活力明显提高( P<0.05);Y3和Y5菌体组能显著降低小鼠肝和脾中的MDA含量( P<0.05);Y3和Y5菌体组均能明显降低血清MAO活性和TC含量( P<0.05)。以上说明Y3、Y5菌体能够在一定程度上延缓小鼠衰老。

The experiment took high oxidation active yeasts Y 3,Y5 as the experiment materials ,and stud-ied their anti-aging effect on the aging model mice .The mice aging model was established by subcutaneous in-jection of D-galactose in mice,and the mice were drenched with yeast Y 3,Y5 respectively .The viscera index in mice,antioxidant enzyme activity and the content of MDA and MAO activity in serum and changes in concen -trations of TC were detected after 7 weeks.The results showed that Y 3 and Y5 groups could significantly in-crease body weight ( P<0.05);The Y3 group had certain relieving effect on atrophy of the brain and spleen ( P<0.05),and Y5 was beneficial to thymus organ (P<0.05);The Y3 and Y5 groups significantly increased T-AOC vigor of important organs ( P<0.05) .The Y3 and Y5 groups could also improve cardiac and hepatic GSH-PX activity ( P<0.05) ,while Y3 significantly improved the activity of the brain tissue ,and the Y5 group sig-nificantly improved the activity of hepatic POD ( P<0.05);The Y3 and Y5 groups could significantly reduce the MDA content in liver and spleen in mice ( P<0.05);Y3 and Y5 groups obviously reduced the content of serum TC and MAO activity ( P<0.05) .So it can be concluded that Y 3 and Y5 can delay aging in mice to a certain extent .
