为探究橡胶-碳纤维复合橡胶水润滑轴承材料的摩擦学性能,在SSB-100型船舶艉轴承试验机上,对复合橡胶轴承材料和普通橡胶轴承材料进行台架上的摩擦、磨损试验结果表明:复合橡胶轴承材料的力学性能、摩擦、磨损性能均优于普通橡胶,即碳纤维的加入可以改善普通水润滑橡胶轴承的综合性能。
為探究橡膠-碳纖維複閤橡膠水潤滑軸承材料的摩抆學性能,在SSB-100型船舶艉軸承試驗機上,對複閤橡膠軸承材料和普通橡膠軸承材料進行檯架上的摩抆、磨損試驗結果錶明:複閤橡膠軸承材料的力學性能、摩抆、磨損性能均優于普通橡膠,即碳纖維的加入可以改善普通水潤滑橡膠軸承的綜閤性能。

Aiming at the tribological properties of the water lubricated bearing materials made of rubber -carbon fiber rein-forced composite , the friction and wear test was carried out on the SSB-100 testing bench under the condition of the water lubrica-tion with the compound rubber and ordinary rubber respectively .The test results showed that the friction and wear properties of the composite rubber are better than ordinary rubber , which means the carbon fiber can improve the combination property of the ordinary rubber bearings .
