以某油船在惰化过程中出现的惰气系统故障为案例,概述了惰性气体系统的功能组成,剖析了故障产生的原因,得出故障解决方案。通过案例分析对现行公约体系中缺乏惰气含氧量监控可靠性的规定进行了思考,据此提出了增加惰气含氧量监控可靠性规定的公约修改建议。

Taking the inert gas system fault of an oil tanker in the inerting process as example , the function and composition of the inert gas system was presented .Through in-depth analysis of fault causes , the fault solutions were proposed .On case anal-ysis, the rules of current system , which is lack of reliability for inert oxygen monitoring was discussed about .Some revision sug-gestions on rules of oxygen monitoring reliability were given .
