The theoretical analysis and finite element method were applied for the bending strength of the foam cored FRP sandwich structure .The bending strength calculation formula for the rectangle foam cored FRP sandwich plate with clamped boundary condition along the edges was derived and the boundary condition correction factor for bending strength was given .
