铜是江西省农田中主要重金属污染物之一,为减轻和控制铜对水稻生长的危害,提高水稻产量和品质,通过盆栽试验,研究不同硫肥(0,0.013,0.026 g/kg)、硅肥(0,0.5,1.0 g/kg)配施对铜胁迫下水稻幼苗生长及其吸收累积铜的影响。结果表明:(1)在铜污染农田中施用硫、硅肥可明显提高水稻幼苗素质,加快出叶速度、茎基部更加宽扁、根冠比及生物量明显提高。(2)硫、硅肥的施用可以降低水稻幼苗对铜的生物富集(量)系数和转运(量)系数,且与对照差异极显著,抑制土壤中铜向水稻各器官的迁移、转运,从而降低铜的毒害,其中以单硅用量1.0 g/kg和硫肥用量0.013 g/kg与硅用量1.0 g/kg配施效果较好。

Copper is one of the main heavy metal pollutants in farmland in Jiangxi Province .In order to reduce and control the harm of copper to rice growth and improve the yield and quality of rice ,the effect of sul-fur and silicon on the form of soil copper and absorption of copper in rice seedling was investigated by means of pot experiment.The treatments included different amounts of sulfur (0、0.013 and 0.026 g/kg) and silicon (0, 0.5 and 1.0 g/kg).The results showed that:(1) Application of sulfur or silicon fertilizer ,could significantly improve the quality of rice seedling ,and accelerate the leaf emergence rate ,make shoot wider and flater and in-crease significantly the root-top ratio and biomass.(2) Application of sulfur and silicon fertilizer could reduce the absorption ( capacity ) coefficient and the transformation ( capacity ) coefficient of copper in the organs of rice seedling,and restrain the transport and transformation of copper in different rice parts ,making significant difference from the control .In conclusion ,sulfur and silicon can effectively alleviate the copper toxicity in rice seedling .The levels of 1 g/kg of silicon or 0.013 g/kg of sulfur combined with 1.0 g/kg of silicon had beffer effect.
