针对云重心和云模型评判方法存在的信息丢失、难于评判以及信息扭曲等问题,从确定权重等级、评价集和评价结果3个方面对模型进行了改进和完善。应用二元语义确定指标权重,避免了评价信息的丢失和扭曲,采用综合云的思想确定评价集,充分利用评价者给出的信息,简化相似云的理论来定量衡量评价结果,从而建立了基于云理论-二元语义的雷达装备保障指挥效能评估模型。
針對雲重心和雲模型評判方法存在的信息丟失、難于評判以及信息扭麯等問題,從確定權重等級、評價集和評價結果3箇方麵對模型進行瞭改進和完善。應用二元語義確定指標權重,避免瞭評價信息的丟失和扭麯,採用綜閤雲的思想確定評價集,充分利用評價者給齣的信息,簡化相似雲的理論來定量衡量評價結果,從而建立瞭基于雲理論-二元語義的雷達裝備保障指揮效能評估模型。

In view of the information loss that exists in cloud gravity center and cloud model evalu-ation method,and the difficulty in judgment and information distortion,this paper improves and perfects the model through determining the weight level,the evaluation set and evaluation re-sults.By applying 2-tuple semantics to determining the index weight,the evaluation information loss and distortion are avoided.The theory of cloud is adopted for determining evaluation sets,and the information given by the evaluators is used fully.Besides,similar cloud theories are simplified for measuring the quantitative evaluation results,and so an evaluation model of radar equipment support command effectiveness based on cloud model and 2-tuple semantics is established.
