利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜及能谱仪对磨损的刮胶辊组织和表面形貌进行了观察和分析,探讨了刮胶辊的失效原因。结果表明,镀Cr层成分不均匀,并存在少量氧化物夹杂、空洞和显微裂纹,是刮胶辊因磨损而过早产生失效的主要原因。提出了经改进的刮胶辊生产工艺。
利用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡及能譜儀對磨損的颳膠輥組織和錶麵形貌進行瞭觀察和分析,探討瞭颳膠輥的失效原因。結果錶明,鍍Cr層成分不均勻,併存在少量氧化物夾雜、空洞和顯微裂紋,是颳膠輥因磨損而過早產生失效的主要原因。提齣瞭經改進的颳膠輥生產工藝。

The microstructure and surface morphology of worn scraping roller were observed and analyzed by OM , SEM and EDS , and its failure reasons were discussed .The results show that premature failure of the scraping roller due to wear is primarily caused by uneven composition , a small amount of oxide inclusions , voids and microcracks present in the chromium coating .An improved production process was suggested for the scraping roller .
