为对其结构安全性进行分析,采用拉格朗日-光滑粒子流( SPH)方法建立了火箭橇水刹车高速入水的冲击动力学有限元模型。计算了水刹车正常入水、阻力管堵塞及倾斜入水时不同吃水深度的结构冲击应力,获得了水刹车结构安全性结果。分析表明:结构钢水刹车在翼刀及阻力管同时入水及阻力管完全堵塞入水时出现塑性变形或破坏,水刹车甚至失去制动能力,建议使用水刹车时采用分阶段入水方式,同时进一步加强结构强度。

To analyze its structure safety,an impact dynamics finite element model for a water brake high-speed water-entry is established by Lagrange-SPH( smoothed particle hydrodynamics) method. The structure stresses of the water brake with various drafts are computed when the brake enters water normally,the resistance tubes are blocked and inclines to enter water,and the structure safety results of the water brake are gained. The analyses show that the structure steel water brake has plastic deformation or failure while fences and resistance tubes enter water simultaneously or resistance tubes block water-entry,and even the brake loses its braking ability. This paper suggests that the water brake should enter water by stages and enhance its structure strength furthermore.
