在对唐山遵化娘娘湾乡村旅游度假区的调研过程中发现，该地区的林果产业产值较低，果农收入较少。为了实现娘娘庄乡果品产业结构升级，作者对该区的冷链物流体系进行了规划：在林果花休闲农业区专设冷链物流园区，以解决果品的产业链升级和深加工问题；布局贡杏文化旅游区、优质水果种植基地和冷链物流仓储加工区。
