为了筛选出适宜张家口山区蔬菜育苗的基质种类,以当地农业有机废弃物玉米秸秆、菇料、酒糟和牛粪为主要原料,按照不同体积比复配成4种育苗基质,以草炭50%+珍珠岩25%+蛭石25%复配成的基质为对照( CK),研究了不同育苗基质对黄瓜出苗率、生长势指标(株高、茎粗、叶面积、植株鲜重、植株干重)和壮苗指标(根鲜重、 G值、壮苗指数)的影响。结果表明:在酒糟70%+牛粪15%+蛭石15%复配成的基质上黄瓜幼苗生长效果最好,在菇料70%+牛粪15%+蛭石15%复配成的基质上幼苗生长效果次之,二者指标差异以及与CK指标差异均不显著。在黄瓜育苗中,可用酒糟和菇料替代草炭进行基质复配。
為瞭篩選齣適宜張傢口山區蔬菜育苗的基質種類,以噹地農業有機廢棄物玉米秸稈、菇料、酒糟和牛糞為主要原料,按照不同體積比複配成4種育苗基質,以草炭50%+珍珠巖25%+蛭石25%複配成的基質為對照( CK),研究瞭不同育苗基質對黃瓜齣苗率、生長勢指標(株高、莖粗、葉麵積、植株鮮重、植株榦重)和壯苗指標(根鮮重、 G值、壯苗指數)的影響。結果錶明:在酒糟70%+牛糞15%+蛭石15%複配成的基質上黃瓜幼苗生長效果最好,在菇料70%+牛糞15%+蛭石15%複配成的基質上幼苗生長效果次之,二者指標差異以及與CK指標差異均不顯著。在黃瓜育苗中,可用酒糟和菇料替代草炭進行基質複配。

In order to screen out the appropriate matrix species for vegetable seedling in Zhangjiakou mountain areas, the local agricultural organic wastes ( corn stalks, mushroom materials, lees and cow dung) were taken as main materials, four kinds of nursery substrate were confected according to different volume ratio , taking the nursery substrate of peat 50% +perlite 25% +vermiculite 25% as the comparison ( CK ) to study the effects of different substrates on cucumber seedling emergence, growth potential indicators ( including height, stem diameter, leaf area, plant fresh weight and dry weight) and seedling indicators ( including root fresh weight, G values and seedling index ) .The results showed that cucumber growth in the substrate of lees 70% +cow dung 15%+vermiculite 15% was better than other treatments, and the effect of substrate of mushroom material 70%+cow dung 15% +vermiculite 15% was followed, the differences between two treatments and CK were not significant.Peat could be replaced with lees and mushroom material in cucumber seedlings for application.
