一直以来，糖尿病被认为是一种慢性内科疾病，是一个不断进展、不能治愈的过程，只能通过长期的饮食控制及药物治疗来稳定病情，延缓发展。近年来国外研究发现胃转流术(GBP)可以长期稳定地缓解2型糖尿病，并能减少糖尿病并发症。自2012年以来，本院先后开展胃转流术治疗糖尿病病例23例，在护理人员的精心护理下，均取得了良好的治疗效果。
일직이래，당뇨병피인위시일충만성내과질병，시일개불단진전、불능치유적과정，지능통과장기적음식공제급약물치료래은정병정，연완발전。근년래국외연구발현위전류술(GBP)가이장기은정지완해2형당뇨병，병능감소당뇨병병발증。자2012년이래，본원선후개전위전류술치료당뇨병병례23례，재호리인원적정심호리하，균취득료량호적치료효과。
All the time,diabetes is considered a chronic medical disease.It is a process of constant progress and not be cured. Only through long-term dietary control and drug treatment can stable condition and delay development.In recent years,the foreign study found that gastric bypass(GBP) can stably remit type 2 diabetes for a long time,and reduce the complications of diabetes. Since 2012,we has launched the gastric bypass in the treatment of diabetes in 23 cases.Under the careful nursing,it achieved a good therapeutic effect.
