采用家用LPG燃气炉系统进行LPG+DME混合燃料的燃烧有效热量测试。其结果表明,DME掺混比例受气候条件影响,综合技术、经济性考虑,DME掺混的适宜比例为20%;含20% DME的LPG+DME混合燃料在环境温度为20~25℃、30~35℃的有效热值分别是纯LPG燃料的91.05%、92.12%;DME的汽化可增强C5组分的汽化。
採用傢用LPG燃氣爐繫統進行LPG+DME混閤燃料的燃燒有效熱量測試。其結果錶明,DME摻混比例受氣候條件影響,綜閤技術、經濟性攷慮,DME摻混的適宜比例為20%;含20% DME的LPG+DME混閤燃料在環境溫度為20~25℃、30~35℃的有效熱值分彆是純LPG燃料的91.05%、92.12%;DME的汽化可增彊C5組分的汽化。
채용가용LPG연기로계통진행LPG+DME혼합연료적연소유효열량측시。기결과표명,DME참혼비례수기후조건영향,종합기술、경제성고필,DME참혼적괄의비례위20%;함20% DME적LPG+DME혼합연료재배경온도위20~25℃、30~35℃적유효열치분별시순LPG연료적91.05%、92.12%;DME적기화가증강C5조분적기화。
The effective combustion heat of fuel mixtures of LPG and DME was tested through using the domestic LPG gas furnace system . The results showed that the blending appropriate proportion of DME was 20% after comprehensive considering the technology and economy . And the blending proportion of DME was influenced by climatic conditions .The effective caloric value of LPG and DME fuel mixtures (con-taining 20% of DME) was respectively 91 .05% and 92 .12% of the pure LPG fuel’s in the environmental temperature 20~25℃ and 30~35℃ .The vaporization of C5 components could be enhanced by DME .
