在水冷金属型离心铸造中，必须向金属型（管模）内加入硅钡粉，又称管模粉，其粒度为0~0.1mm，含钡的质量分数在4%~12%左右，含钙的质量分数为1%，有些厂家用1%的铝替代钙，其加入量一般按管模的内表面积、浇注管子重量来确定，在管模内表面出现龟裂严重或管体出现气孔情况下，可以适当增加管模粉的加入量。文章研究、设计和实现了一种能够实现及时调节管模粉加入量系统。该装置由变频器、变频电机通过减速机、联轴器连接铰龙，通过调节操作台上的精密电位器改变电机转速，以达到及时调节管模粉加入量。

The device consists of inverter, inverter motor through reducer, coupling connection auger, by adjusting the oper-ating table precision potentiometer to change the motor speed in order to promptly adjust the pipe mold powder dosage.
