目的:探讨甘油三酯与糖尿病的相互关系。方法:调查我院住院患者病例并分组:甘油三酯与血糖均正常的患者(Control组);甘油三酯偏高的患者(TG 组);糖尿病患者(DM 组)。三组分别随机采集20例,然后进行分组统计分析。结果:与正常组相比较,甘油三酯组的血糖明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而糖尿病组与正常组相比其甘油三酯没有明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甘油三酯在糖尿病的形成中发挥重要作用;但糖尿病患者不一定表现为甘油三酯升高。

목적:탐토감유삼지여당뇨병적상호관계。방법:조사아원주원환자병례병분조:감유삼지여혈당균정상적환자(Control조);감유삼지편고적환자(TG 조);당뇨병환자(DM 조)。삼조분별수궤채집20례,연후진행분조통계분석。결과:여정상조상비교,감유삼지조적혈당명현승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01);이당뇨병조여정상조상비기감유삼지몰유명현변화,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:감유삼지재당뇨병적형성중발휘중요작용;단당뇨병환자불일정표현위감유삼지승고。
Objective:To study the relationship between triglycerides and diabetes. Methods: Survey the hospital inpatient cases and divided into three groups, triglycerides and blood sugar of normal patients (Control group);Patients with high triglycerides (TG group);patients with diabetes mel itus (DM group). Three groups were randomly col ected 20 cases respectively, and then carries on the statistical analysis. Results:compared with Control group, the blood sugar of TG group was obviously higher, the difference was statistical y significant (P < 0.01); Compared with the Control group, Triglycerides of DM group have no obvious change, there was no statistical y significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:The triglyceride play an important role in the formation of diabetes;But diabetes doesn't have to show the elevated triglycerides.
