为合理并有效地控制汽车涂装电泳工艺对涂装产品质量的影响，对电泳过程重要工艺参数固体份，提出了模糊质量特性的概念。基于模糊质量特性监测模型，将质量特性的模糊性与随机性相结合对电泳槽液固体份含量进行分析，从而给出固体份质量特性的模糊条件概率。并运用贝叶斯决策与成本函数对这一质量特性进一步分析，提出电泳槽液固体份含量的量化模糊质量控制与监测模型。研究模糊质量特性监测模型在汽车涂装电泳经济性上的应用。具体的实际应用证明了该方法在汽车涂装领域的可行性与适用性。
