针对T2铜与不锈钢经氩弧焊后,一段时间内发生焊缝开裂现象,从焊接工艺参数、操作方法和材料着手,对影响焊缝质量的各个环节进行了细致分析。通过焊缝及母材的金相和能谱分析,最终找出了焊缝开裂的原因,避免以后出现类似问题。

Against the phenomenon that crack of the welding line between T2 Copper and stainless steel by means of Argon-arc welding happened after a certain pe-riod, detail analysis on the different processing phase that inlfuenced the quality of welding line was done. Through metallurgical and spectral analysis on the welding line and base materials, the cause of crack of the welding line was ifnally found to avoid the occurrence of the same-kind prob-lem.
