由于在役转子的结构特点,难以对其内部进行100%探测。通过开发新的试块、探头和利用大齿上的探伤槽,对在役转子本体内部进行超声波检测,得出一套实际可行的检测方法,为检测在役转子整体内部质量提供了保障。本方法同样适用于转子精加工后的超声波检测。

Because of the constructional feature, it is difficult to conduct inspection inside the in-service rotor 100%. The ultrasonic inspection inside the in-service rotor of the turbine-generator was completed through develop-ing a new type of test block & inspecting transducer and utilizing the slot for detection on the large teeth, thus, came a complete set of practical and effective inspection way, which provided insurance to check the quality of in-service rotor. This way was also applicable for the any rotor after being ifnally machined.
