目的：毛囊虫与皮脂水分对于寻常痤疮患者的影响。方法观察100例面部寻常痤疮患者的毛囊虫检测结果及皮肤水分及油脂的检测结果。结果100例患者中毛囊虫阳性率34％；皮肤水分测试82％为非常干燥，12％为干燥，皮肤油脂检测混合性皮肤44％，干性皮肤56％。结论毛囊虫感染的加入促进了了痤疮的发生及皮疹加重，虽然有大量的皮脂腺分泌，但没有改变皮肤缺水缺脂的状况。
目的：毛囊蟲與皮脂水分對于尋常痤瘡患者的影響。方法觀察100例麵部尋常痤瘡患者的毛囊蟲檢測結果及皮膚水分及油脂的檢測結果。結果100例患者中毛囊蟲暘性率34％；皮膚水分測試82％為非常榦燥，12％為榦燥，皮膚油脂檢測混閤性皮膚44％，榦性皮膚56％。結論毛囊蟲感染的加入促進瞭瞭痤瘡的髮生及皮疹加重，雖然有大量的皮脂腺分泌，但沒有改變皮膚缺水缺脂的狀況。
목적：모낭충여피지수분대우심상좌창환자적영향。방법관찰100례면부심상좌창환자적모낭충검측결과급피부수분급유지적검측결과。결과100례환자중모낭충양성솔34％；피부수분측시82％위비상간조，12％위간조，피부유지검측혼합성피부44％，간성피부56％。결론모낭충감염적가입촉진료료좌창적발생급피진가중，수연유대량적피지선분비，단몰유개변피부결수결지적상황。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of demodex and sebum water on the acne vulgaris patients .Methods Observe the test results of trichocryp-tosis and skin moisture and grease on 100 cases of facial acne vulgaris patients .Results All of the 100 patients,trichocryptosis positive rate is 34%;the skin moisture test 82% is very dry,12% is dry,44% of the the skin oils detection is combination skin ,56% is the dry skin.Conclusion Infection trichocryptosis added to promote the oc-currence of acne and rash aggravation,although there are a lot of secretion of the sebaceous glands,but did not change the skin status-dry and lack of grease.
