目的：通过社区健康教育提高高血压病患者的遵医率和依从性，从而降低高血压的并发症和致残率。方法：对52例高血压患者定期集中健康教育，发放宣传册，制定合理的生活秩序，问卷形式做答。结果：教育后的遵医率和高血压基础知识知晓率均明显提高(P＜0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论：社区健康教育在高血压的治疗和预防过程中起着非常重要的作用。

목적：통과사구건강교육제고고혈압병환자적준의솔화의종성，종이강저고혈압적병발증화치잔솔。방법：대52례고혈압환자정기집중건강교육，발방선전책，제정합리적생활질서，문권형식주답。결과：교육후적준의솔화고혈압기출지식지효솔균명현제고(P＜0.05)，차이유통계학의의。결론：사구건강교육재고혈압적치료화예방과정중기착비상중요적작용。
Objective:To improve the compliance rate and the compliance of patients with hypertension through the community health education,so as to reduce the complications and morbidity of hypertension.Methods:52 patients with hypertension were given regular health education,issuing brochures,formulate a reasonable order of life,do a questionnaire.Results:After education, the compliance rate and the awareness rate of basic knowledge of hypertension were significantly improved(P<0.05).The difference has statistical significance.Conclusion:Community health education plays a very important role in the treatment and prevention of hypertension.
