当前我国面临着IT人才需求大、大学生就业难这两大问题，因此走“校企合作、工学结合”的道路是我国高校未来改革和发展的方向。笔者主要分析了高职院校当前存在的一些校企合作培养模式的特点，从课程内容体系的设置、教学方式、考试评价体系三方面提出了高等院校关于校企合作人才培养的新方案。
噹前我國麵臨著IT人纔需求大、大學生就業難這兩大問題，因此走“校企閤作、工學結閤”的道路是我國高校未來改革和髮展的方嚮。筆者主要分析瞭高職院校噹前存在的一些校企閤作培養模式的特點，從課程內容體繫的設置、教學方式、攷試評價體繫三方麵提齣瞭高等院校關于校企閤作人纔培養的新方案。
당전아국면림착IT인재수구대、대학생취업난저량대문제，인차주“교기합작、공학결합”적도로시아국고교미래개혁화발전적방향。필자주요분석료고직원교당전존재적일사교기합작배양모식적특점，종과정내용체계적설치、교학방식、고시평개체계삼방면제출료고등원교관우교기합작인재배양적신방안。
At present, two major problems are faced in China, which are great demand for IT professionals and graduates' em-ployment. So taking the way of"university-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination" is the direction of future reform and development of Chinese colleges and universities. The author mainly analyzes the features of the university-enterprise cooper-ation training mode currently existing in higher vocational col-leges, and makes a new program on university-enterprise coop-eration training mode, from the set of course system, teaching methods, examination and evaluation system.
