目的：总结自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术经验。方法：选取在我院自体脂肪移植丰胸的24例为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：24例研究对象均顺利完成手术，术后3～90天进行跟踪随访记录，切口一期逐渐愈合，抽脂皮肤淤血、不平，乳房硬结等现象逐渐消失，最终恢复正常，外形良好。结论：自体脂肪移植丰胸术的手术时间短、损伤小、并发症少，丰胸效果佳，值得推荐。

목적：총결자체지방이식봉흉술적수술경험。방법：선취재아원자체지방이식봉흉적24례위연구대상，회고성분석기림상자료。결과：24례연구대상균순리완성수술，술후3～90천진행근종수방기록，절구일기축점유합，추지피부어혈、불평，유방경결등현상축점소실，최종회복정상，외형량호。결론：자체지방이식봉흉술적수술시간단、손상소、병발증소，봉흉효과가，치득추천。
Objective:To summarize the operation experience of autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation surgery. Method:24 cases of breast augmentation with autologous fat transplantation patients in the hospital in recent years were selected as the study objects,and their clinical materials were respectively analyzed. Results:All the 24 cases were successfully operated,after 3 days to 3 months follow-up track record,healing incisions were gradually cured,congestion and uneven problem of liposuction skin,and breast induration phenomenon were disappeared. They eventually returned to normal in good shape. Conclusion:The autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation surgery has short time,with less damage and fewer complications,and good breast augmentation effect. So it is worth application.
