目的通过某高中教师体检结果评估目前该校教师健康状况，给予科学合理的健康指导意见。方法对某所高中教师的体检结果进行统计分析，评估教师健康状况，对发病率高的、突出的问题进行分析，给予合理化的健康指导意见。结果某高中共参与体检的教师有296人，统计显示颈椎病发病率为33.45%，体重指数（BMI）超标为29.5%，脂肪肝发病为28.71%，总胆固醇(TC)增高为27.03%，甘油三脂(TG)增高为24.32%，尿酸（UA）偏高为18.58%，血糖增高为16.89%，高血压病发病率为10.82%。结论目前黄石市高中教师健康状况不容乐观，与其工作性质及缺乏体育锻炼有关，应加强健康宣教及健康指导。

Objective Through the teachers health status evaluation of a high school teacher examination results, given health guidance of scientific and rational. Methods A high school teacher's examination results and statistical analysis, to evaluate health status of teachers, the disease incidence rate is high,prominent problems were analyzed, health guidance given rationalization.Results A high school participated in the examination of the teacher 296 people,statistics show the cervical vertebra disease incidence rate was 33.45%, body mass index (BMI) exceed the standard of 29.5%, 28.71%for the incidence of fat y liver, total cholesterol (TC) increased 27.03%, glycerin three greases (TG)increased 24.32%, uric acid (UA) is as high as 18.58% 16.89%, hyperglycemia,hypertension prevalence rate was 10.82%. Conclusion Tthe current health status of high school teachers in Huangshi city is not optimistic, and the nature of the work and a lack of exercise, we should strengthen the health education and health guidance.
