泉州市急救指挥中心2008年1月~2011年12月共开展大型群性活动现场医疗保健152场次，共接诊伤病员52人次。按活动人数分，1000~5000人次的有72场次（47.37%），5000~10000人次的有67场次（44.08%）,10000人次以上的13场次(8.55%)。按活动类型分，体育比赛64场次（42.11%），文艺演出46场次(30.26%)；按活动开展的月份分析，8月份29场次（19.08%）,9月份22场次（14.47%）；按活动时段分析，晚上18：00~24：00最多，有61场次（占40.13%）；按活动形式分析，“点”的形式占绝大多数，122场次，占80.26%，“面”的形式21场次,占13.82%，“线”的形式最少，为9场次，占5.92%。目前现场保障单元的车人比例为“1车1医1护1驾”，但这可能造成保障脱节，车人比例“1车2医2护1驾”更为合理。要制定完备的保障方案，加强培训，选择现场医疗保障队伍时要有针对性。

Field medical service was carried out in 152 large-scaled mass activiies organized by the city emergency command center in between January 2008 and December 2012, providing the service to 52 people. 72 out of 152 sessions were those between 1,000 and 5,000 people (47.37%), 67 sessions between 5,000 and 10,000 people (44.08%), and 13 sessions with more than 10,000 people; 64 sessions were those sport games (42.11%), 46 sessions of theatrical performances (30.26% ), 8 sessions of temple fair (5.26% ), 8 sessions of park party (5.26%); 290 sessions was held in August (19.8%), and 22 sessions in September (14.47%); 61 sessions took place in between 6pm and 12am (40.13%), 41 sessions in between 8am and 12pm (26.97%), and 2 sessions in between 8am and mid night (1.32%). 122 sessions (80.26%) were held in a specific spot ("point") , 21 were in area form (13.82%), and 9 sessions were held in form of line. Current field medical service unit setup contained one ambulance with a group of a doctor, a nurse, a driver, which increase a concern of insufficient setup. It is suggested that one unit come with two doctors, two nurses, and one driver. Simultaneously, a complete medical service plan shall be developed, including strengthening training, and selecting the team members with considering the nature of an event.
