对长300 mm的帽型梁试件在落锤轴向冲击下的变形及能量吸收特性进行了实验及有限元分析。比较了不同厚度试件的力位移响应及屈曲过程,分析了其能量吸收特性。研究结果表明:随厚度减少,试件会发生弯曲失稳,厚度为1.0 mm的试件较厚度为1.2 mm和0.8 mm的试件具有更好的能量吸收效率。有限元模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。

Experiments were carried out on a hat-beam structure with a length of 300 mm to investigate its deformation and energy absorption characteristics under axial crash of a drop-ping hammer.The force-displacement curves got from the tests on the samples with different thickness were comparedand their buckling behaviors and energy absorption characteristics were analyzed based on the finite element simulation with LS-DYNA.The results indicate that the thinner samples would likely bendand the samples with the thickness of 1 .0 mm have better energy absorption efficiency than the ones with the thickness of 1.2 and 0.8 mm. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results.
